Key Responsibilities:Minimum 6+ years' experience in project management or project coordination within a large organizationExperience working in structured project environments using Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies.Exposure to portfolio or programme-level reportingAssist with project planning, scheduling, and progress trackingMaintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, risk logs, and issue logsPrepare dashboards, presentations, and management reportsCoordinate meetings, agendas, actions, and stakeholder communicationsEnsure compliance with project governance standards and methodologiesSupport financial tracking, procurement activities, and budget monitoringTrack, escalate, and report risks, issues, and dependenciesWork independently and take ownership of assigned deliverablesStrong communication, coordination, and stakeholder engagement skillsHighly organized with excellent documentation and reporting capabilityStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage deadlines and deliver under pressureComfortable working independently and within multidisciplinary teamsProficient in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPointExperience using project management and PPM toolsFamiliarity with documentation and collaboration platforms.QualificationA primary degree in Business, Project Management, IT, or a related disciplineA recognized project management certification, such as:PRINCE2 Foundation or PractitionerPMPAgilePM FoundationPortfolio management certification (e.g., MoP )
