Internationally we export some 240 different products to over 100 countries worldwide.The Group's Agribusiness Division (Lakeland Agri) operates a state-of-the-art Animal Feed Manufacturing Facility and is a leading and innovative provider of the highest quality feeds and agricultural inputs to dairy, beef and sheep farmers across the north and south of Ireland.Lakeland Dairies is seeking a proactive and detail‑focusedQuality Systems Managerto support the development and continual improvement of the site's Quality Management System and food safety standards.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport continuous improvement of the FDQMS and manage internal GMP, Hygiene, and Fabrication audits.Lead and maintain site HACCP plans and ensure compliance with legislation.Maintain the site Quality Management System, ensuring documentation (policies, SOPs, forms) is current and controlled.Manage vendor approval processes, including specifications and supplier reviews.Deliver training on QMS, food safety, hygiene standards, and auditing.Lead traceability exercises and maintain schedules.Investigate customer complaints and implement corrective and preventative actions.Prepare customer KPI reports and support quality metric reporting.Coach and support Quality Technicians.Ensure compliance with Data Protection and Health & Safety requirements.What we are looking forExperience in quality systems within food, dairy, or manufacturing.Strong knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards.Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational and communication skills.Confident leading training and supporting continuous improvement.Lakeland Dairies Ltd is committed to having an inclusive workplace where every employee feels they belong.
