Tax Partner
to take ownership of a thriving portfolio and help scale the practice to the next level.

The Opportunity
You'll inherit a strong, diverse client book spanning Irish SMEs, multinational groups, high-growth tech firms, private clients, and private equity–owned businesses. The relationships are sound, the pipeline is strong, and you'll have a clear mandate to grow.
Your role will include:
* Leading advisory work across transactions, structuring, re organisations, international tax, and owner-managed business planning.
* Strengthening client relationships and acting as a trusted advisor to founders, CFOs, PE investors, and high-growth companies.
* Expanding the tax practice through targeted BD and strategic client acquisition.
* Providing leadership to a high-calibre team of Managers and Directors.
* Working closely with the CEO, PE board, and senior leadership on practice strategy and expansion.
This is a Partner role with influence, not a figurehead appointment.
What You Bring
You're commercially sharp, entrepreneurial, and comfortable in a fast-moving environment. You enjoy building — teams, client relationships, and market presence.
You'll ideally have:
* CTA qualification (o
r equivalent).
* 8–15+ years' experience in Corporate Tax, Private Client/Entrepreneurial Tax, or a blended advisory background.
* Strong experience delivering high-value advisory mandates.
* A solid network with Irish business owners, CFOs, or investor-backed groups.
* The confidence to shape a practice with support, investment, and runway.
