Job Description
Innalabs are seeking a motivated and ambitious graduate to join our Human Resources team. This entry-level role provides an excellent opportunity to develop a career in HR, gaining hands-on experience across the full employee lifecycle including recruitment, employee relations, learning and development, and HR administration.
Responsibilities:
* Support the HR team with day-to-day HR administration.
* Help with recruitment activities, including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and assisting with onboarding.
* Maintain employee records and update HR systems.
* Assist in preparing employment contracts and letters.
* Support the induction process for new employees.
* Help coordinate training sessions and staff development activities.
* Assist in payroll preparation and benefits administration.
* Provide first-line support to employees for basic HR queries.
* Help organise employee wellbeing initiatives and company events.
* Assist with HR reporting (e.g., absence, turnover, headcount).
* Support with employee relations processes by preparing documentation and taking notes in meetings.
* Contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications and Skills Required
* Degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field
* Interest in working towards CIPD membership (or currently studying/affiliate member).
* Some experience in HR (e.g., internship, placement year, or entry-level HR/admin role).
* Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
* Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Organised, with good attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
* Comfortable using IT systems, including MS Office; experience with HR software desirable.
* Keen to learn and develop skills in areas such as recruitment, employee relations, HR analytics, and payroll.
* Enthusiastic, proactive, and willing to support HR projects and initiatives.
