Job Description
We are seeking a Technical Support professional to provide assistance to customers via phone, chat or email and resolve issues related to software and hardware.
* Key responsibilities include troubleshooting technical problems, resolving customer complaints and providing training on products such as Office and Microsoft Windows.
Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify complex technical problems are also essential.
1. A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred;
2. Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role;
3. Familiarity with operating systems including Windows;
4. Prior experience working with office productivity applications such as Office suite;
