Offer description

We are seeking a skilled Scheduling Professional to join our team in Dublin. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service and be proficient in processing and logging inquiries efficiently and professionally.


Key Responsibilities:

* Process and log inbound telephone and email enquiries as part of a team, maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
* Act as a trusted point of contact for vehicle maintenance and repair requests, directing vehicles into preferred supplier networks for repairs.
* Develop long-term proactive relationships with clients and drivers by maintaining a professional image and high standard of customer service.
* Achieve team goals and individual targets outlined by your Line Manager, contributing to the department's wider strategy of customer service excellence.
* Increase customer survey ratings through excellent service and creative solutions.
* Handle complaints according to policy & procedure, striving for excellent outcomes for all stakeholders.
* Manage fluctuating workloads and peaks in volume while maintaining exceptional levels of service.


Requirements:

* Motor/Fleet industry experience is desirable but not essential; you will be provided with tools and knowledge to succeed.
* Pragmatic decision-making skills to take initiative on processing information and formulating solutions.
* Excellent telephone communications skills to communicate effectively with suppliers and customers.
* Demonstrable record of high achievement and drive with a proven ability to deliver results.
* Team player who participates in shared objectives and has enthusiasm and commitment to work towards team goals.
* Flexibility to carry out various tasks/activities as required to meet departmental objectives.
* Strong attention to detail enabling a high level of accuracy.
* Computer literate with ability to master new platforms and systems.
* Displays strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence to build rapport with clients and drivers.
* Unwavering time management skills to manage fluctuating workloads through organisation and prioritisation of daily tasks.
