Customer Service Advisor

The ideal candidate will be responsible for working within the Company Values - Be Brave, Be Wise, Be Proud and Exceed. The team provides best-in-class support to customers through various communication channels.

An ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, have the ability to multi-task, think critically, resolve issues efficiently, and perform under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone calls, emails, or other digital channels.
* Collate customer information and update records in accordance with relevant regulations.
* Identify and capitalize on sales opportunities to meet customer requirements.
* Demonstrate a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and achieving targets.

Requirements:

* A minimum of 9 months of experience in a customer-facing role.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on teamwork and collaboration.
* Ability to learn quickly, adapt to new situations, and grow with the organization.
* Educated to secondary level or equivalent, with a strong emphasis on personal development and continuous learning.

Interview Process:

* A virtual interview with the Customer Operations team.
* An online assessment to evaluate technical and language skills.
