The Role
We're looking for a Part-Time Office Administrator to support our growing operations team. This position is ideal for a highly organised, detail-oriented individual who enjoys working in a busy, hands-on environment.
Key Responsibilities
* General office administration and document control
* Handling invoices, purchase orders, and supplier statements
* Assisting with project documentation, H&S files, and compliance records
* Managing emails, phone calls, and correspondence
* Supporting payroll preparation and basic accounts tasks
* Maintaining databases, filing systems, and office supplies
* Liaising with site staff, subcontractors, and management
Requirements
* Previous experience in an administrative role (construction or trades background a plus)
* Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
* Good attention to detail and ability to multitask
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Self-motivated with a professional attitude
* Flexible to work 3 days per week in the Limerick office
