We are seeking an experienced Site Manager with a solid background in residential construction to oversee the day-to-day operations of housing developments in North Dublin. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all on-site activities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities
* Manage and coordinate all site activities and subcontractors on a daily basis
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
* Monitor project timelines and budgets, reporting progress to senior management
* Conduct regular site inspections and ensure work meets design specifications and quality standards
* Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and local authorities
* Organise and lead regular site meetings with project teams and subcontractors
* Manage material deliveries, stock levels, and site logistics
* Implement and maintain site documentation, including H&S files and progress reports
* Ensure smooth handover of completed phases to clients or homeowners
Requirements:
* 5+ years of experience in a Site Management role, preferably on residential housing projects
* Proven track record delivering projects from groundwork to handover
* In-depth knowledge of Irish building regulations and health & safety standards
* Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills
* Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and timelines
* Proficient in MS Office and project management tools
* Full driving licence
