Job Description
Join our cafe, where great coffee and a welcoming atmosphere come together We pride ourselves on offering an exceptional experience to our customers, and we're looking for a passionate and skilled Cafe and Barista Manager to lead our team.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee daily operations of the cafe, ensuring high standards of service and quality
* Lead and manage a team of baristas and staff, providing training and support
* Create and maintain a warm, inviting atmosphere for customers
* Manage coffee preparation and ensure consistency in beverages
* Collaborate with suppliers to source high-quality ingredients and coffee beans
* Develop innovative drink menus and seasonal specials to attract customers
* Handle inventory management and ordering supplies as necessary
* Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
* Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations
Qualifications
* Proven experience in a cafe or coffee shop management role
* Strong knowledge of coffee preparation and beverage service
* Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills
* Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
* Passion for coffee and a desire to educate others about it
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
