Your Role:
This is a full-time hybrid role based in our Dún Laoghaire office offering a competitive salary.
Responsibilities:
* Supporting Business and Account Directors in the day-to-day management of campaigns and events
* Preparing client communications including meeting agendas, contact reports and follow-up emails
* Updating key project management documents such as timelines, status reports, and budget sheets
* Coordinating with suppliers and stakeholders to ensure timely execution of workstreams
* Keeping tasks coordinated and ensuring delivery of tasks in a timely manner
* Scheduling and attending meetings
* Preparing presentations and wrap-up reports for clients
* Assisting at live activations and events where necessary
* Assisting in brainstorming and developing campaign ideas
We're Lookng For:
* 1-2 years Account Executive or related experience
* Proficiency with Google Workspace, Notion or other productivity tools
* Solid Microsoft Office skills including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Strong communication skills and attention to detail
* Experience working with senior decision makers and excellent stakeholder management skills
* Creative and adaptive thinker
* Team player and people-focused with a collaborative mindset
