The Spray Painter is responsible for preparing,
finishing, and spraying doors, frames, furniture and joinery to a high -quality standard using
paints, lacquers, stains, and other finishes. The role requires attention to
detail, technical skill in spray application, and the ability to work
efficiently within tight production deadlines.
* Prepare timber surfaces for spraying (sanding, filling, masking, priming).
* Apply
spray coatings (lacquers, primer, stains)
using spray guns or other equipment.
* Ensure
smooth, even coverage without drips, runs, or blemishes.
* Maintain
spray equipment, clean tools, and ensure work area is kept in a clean and tidy condition at all times.
* Inspect
finished products for quality, consistency, and adherence to customer
specifications.
* Work
closely with the production team to meet project timelines.
* Strictly adhere to all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Requirements
o Strong
knowledge of spray painting techniques for wood and furniture.

eye for detail, colour matching, and surface quality.
