We are currently looking for Full-time and Part-time (weekend) Chefs to join our team in Clonmel, Co Tipperary.
Shifts are from Friday to Sunday.
Overall Purpose of the Job
We want to speak with motivated people interested in working with a sustainable, well-sourced, planet-focused catering company that is prepared to offer great food for weekend service.
Some evening and weekend work will be required, but no late openings.
Further site-specific training will be given to any successful candidate.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
* Food preparation and service to a high standard
* Various styles of cooking, some baking and salad preparation
* Attend any mandatory training
* Follow procedures and policies in the workplace
* Report all complaints to the manager
* Maintain a safe environment by reporting all accidents and faults
* Use equipment in accordance with manufacturers' guidelines
* Willingness to learn
Requirements
* Good understanding of the English language
* Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
* Knowledge of HACCP and ability to implement a HACCP plan
* Experience in a similar role is desirable but not mandatory
* Flexibility
