Estimator Role
The primary function of this position is to oversee the entire tendering process, including the compilation of estimates and proposals. A key aspect of this role involves maintaining the cost database to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
This individual must possess a strong background in estimating with a mechanical contractor, along with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and at least one estimating platform. Strong numeracy skills are essential for effective performance, as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills.
