As part of their continued growth, they are now seeking an experienced Document Controller/Site Admin to join their team on an exciting new development located on in County Meath.
This is a site-based role offering excellent exposure to a major project from the early stages, making it ideal for someone with a background in construction administration who is looking to advance their career with a progressive company.
The Role
As Document Controller, you will play a critical role in supporting the site team and Project/Contracts Manager. You’ll be responsible for managing all project documentation, maintaining control of technical documents, and ensuring communication is seamless between internal teams, subcontractors, and clients. You’ll also contribute to upholding health & safety standards and ensuring project documentation is accurate, accessible, and up to date.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide high-level administrative support to the Project/Contracts Manager and wider site team
* Use electronic document management systems to track and control key project documents such as drawings, revisions, registers, and bills of materials
* Coordinate design and document approval workflows, ensuring timely distribution to relevant stakeholders
* Proactively manage the site’s facilities helpdesk, ensuring all tasks are logged and completed efficiently
* Ensure compliance with company Health & Safety policies and assist with reporting where necessary
* Maintain strong client relationships and support communication to ensure smooth project delivery
Key Requirements
* Previous experience as a Site Administrator or Document Controller in a construction setting is essential
* Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in a construction administration role
* Solid understanding of construction processes and technical documentation
* Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
* Ability to work independently and take initiative
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Experience with document control platforms such as BCar, Pro Arc, Fusion, or COINs is beneficial but not mandatory

* Salary of €40,000 - €45,000, depending on experience
