Chef de Partie Job Description
Seeking an experienced and skilled chef to lead a kitchen team. This is a full-time, permanent position requiring 39 hours of work per week.
Responsibilities:
* Main courses and starters preparation.
* Maintaining food quality and ensuring timely delivery to customers.
* Stock management support.
* Assisting head chefs and senior staff during service.
* Kitchen health and hygiene procedures contribution.
* Preparing food to order.
* Leading junior chefs in kitchen sections.
