Position: Controlling & Inventory – Senior Financial Analyst, IMFT Technology & Data Solutions (Finance Business Partners)
Locations: Beerse, Antwerp, Belgium; Little Island, Cork, Ireland; Zug, Switzerland

Responsibilities
Take a leading role in representing the finance function in cross‑functional discussions related to Controlling & Inventory (particularly MAKE and R&D).
Support the Controlling & Inventory Finance Lead with the Global Finance Transformation Initiative, including all aspects of an ERP/S4Hana design, build, and deployment.
Collaborate with IMFT Global Process Owners and functional teams to capture and define design requirements for Controlling & Inventory Processes.
In collaboration with the Controlling & Inventory Finance Lead, manage interdependencies with other transformational programs such as Signifi/Transact.
Assist the Technical Product Owners (TPO) and System Integrator in designing, building, and validating future Controlling & Inventory Processes.
Process Design
Collaborate with Global Process Owners to understand business requirements and capture them for inclusion in the design process.
Work with Finance Technical Process Owners and the System Integrator team to design future Controlling & Inventory Processes.
Document the final design as part of the Global Template build.
Build
Support TPO and System Integrator Teams in building the proposed design in S4/Hana.
Actively participate in Build Demos, review, and provide feedback.
Take a leading role in ensuring business requirements are met in the build.
Data Validation & Testing
Collaborate closely with the Master Data team to ensure correct data set‑up for Controlling & Inventory Processes.
Ensure that processes built in the development system meet business requirements and provide feedback to TPOs and the System Integrator Team.
Support the deployment team during testing cycles.
Hypercare
Support the deployment team during Hypercare as required.
Qualifications / Requirements
University degree in Finance or Economics.
5+ years of related experience in Finance roles, preferably in supply chain, a principal company environment, or R&D.
Experience with costing, inventory, and plant accounting in a Supply Chain or R&D role.
Experience with process development and improvement.
Strong analytic skills and the ability to balance big picture with attention to detail.
Passion for developing expertise in complex financial topics.
Agile mindset.
Strong communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate complex issues.
Team player with a collaborative working style.
Experience working in global/virtual environments.
Ability to operate in a dynamic, fast‑paced, frequently changing environment.
Strong collaboration and stakeholder management, including the ability to influence and challenge.
Passion for driving change and inspiring business adoption of new processes and technology.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Expert knowledge of SAP ERP platform.
Project management experience.
Knowledge of digital tools such as PowerQuery and PowerBI.
Benefits
The anticipated base pay range for this position in Ireland is 63,300.00 – 113,700.00 EUR.
