Candidate should have strong experience with macOS & iOS Devices!
Responsibilities:
* Provide technical support to client employees and contractors in person
* Deliver high levels of customer service and professionalism according to client policies and expectations
* Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues as per client requirements
* Document issues, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions in the ticketing system
* Advocate for the customer, owning the issue from initial contact to resolution
* Escalate unresolved complex issues to appropriate support teams
Required Skills:
* Strong troubleshooting and problem resolution skills, able to probe, isolate, and diagnose problems independently
* Excellent English oral and written communication skills
* Good time management and multi-tasking abilities
* Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic, demanding environment
* Ability to stay composed and maintain customer service focus under stress
* Motivated team player, capable of working remotely
* Basic understanding of IP networking and network troubleshooting
* Understanding of multi-tiered and web-based systems architecture
* Experience supporting Macs, iOS devices, Client Watch, and Client TV hardware and software
* Experience troubleshooting macOS and iOS operating systems
* Experience using IT service management or CRM systems to track support cases
* Experience utilizing knowledge base systems
