Job Title:
Clinical Nurse Manager Role in Endoscopy
This is a pivotal role in the coordination and management of nursing/healthcare assistant/decontamination services in the Endoscopy Unit. The successful candidate will work closely with the Clinical Nurse Manager III - Endoscopy Manager to ensure high-quality nursing care for patients and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
* To reflect professional/clinical leadership and management that promotes efficiency, innovation, teamwork and continuous quality improvements.
* To lead and participate in internal and external audits and accreditation processes such as JAG, JCI, HIQA.
* Roster staff efficiently according to analysis of clinical needs and available resources.
* To be responsible for all Endoscopy lists pertaining to the Endoscopy schedule ensuring all slots are utilised and staffed appropriately
* Demonstrate effective communication skills empowering their staff regularly taking feedback
