**Role Overview**

Key responsibilities include:
* Overseeing all aspects of food, beverage, and room operations

* Managing staffing, scheduling, and training to maintain high performance and morale
* Monitoring budgets, costs, and margins to ensure commercial targets are met

* Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations
The ideal candidate will have:
* A minimum of 35 years' experience in hotel or hospitality management
* Proven background in running a busy restaurant, preferably with volume experience
* Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
* The ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced, seasonal environment
* Excellent attention to detail and a guest-first mindset
* Familiarity with stock control, rostering, budgeting, and POS systems
