You’ll play a key role in the digital transformation of the business, designing and implementing modern Dynamics 365 solutions and automating critical business processes using the Power Platform. Your Mission Will Include:
* Design, develop and implement solutions in Dynamics 365, with a focus on Customer Service and Field Service modules
* Build tools to digitize the installation and field service process, integrating with third-party contractors and network providers
* Use Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) to automate internal workflows and improve customer experience
* Lead system integrations and contribute to building a 360° view of the customer
* Enhance billing, pricing, and sales processes
* Provide technical support and user training, while maintaining clean documentation and deployment processes
Skills / Experience:
* 3+ years of experience with Dynamics 365, especially Customer Service and Field Service modules
* Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
* Experience with system integration and data migration projects
* Familiar with Agile methodologies and documentation best practices
* Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
You’ll Need:
* Based in Ireland or open to relocation
* Stamp 4 visa or EU passport (no sponsorship available)
Salary / Remuneration:
* €70,000 – €80,000 depending on experience
* Bonus / Commission
