Key Responsibilities:
* Champion Customer Interests: Oversee order placement and execution with production units, ensuring delivery conditions are met and acting as the voice of the customer.
* Resolve Challenges: Handle escalated customer queries from the service team and manage complaints with a solutions-focused approach.
* Analyze Performance: Take responsibility for achieving budgeted customer results and analyze KPIs related to financial performance and delivery metrics.
* Strengthen Relationships: Develop and enhance customer contracts and supplier agreements, including annual budgets, capacity planning, and slot reservations.
The ideal candidate will possess:
* Degree Qualification: Minimum diploma or degree in a business or engineering discipline.
* Customer Service Experience: 3+ years in customer-related roles, preferably in the aviation MRO industry.
* Skillset: Exceptional service orientation, excellent written and verbal communication skills, solid proficiency in MS Office/Teams and ERP systems.
* Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
