Talent Acquisition Partner at JMG Solutions Ltd The Opportunity: We're looking for an experienced Electrical Site Manager to lead the delivery of high-spec, technically complex projects.
This role needs someone who can confidently take charge of a site — managing subcontractors, driving progress, and maintaining safety, quality, and productivity at all times.
You'll play a key role in delivering projects in pharma, data centres, and power sectors, often in fast-paced, tightly regulated environments.
What You'll Be Doing: Running the site from pre-mobilisation to final handover Leading and managing subcontractors to ensure delivery, safety, and quality Maintaining productivity without compromise Working closely with the Project Manager and the client to drive progress and meet deadlines Managing variations and keeping the schedule tight — calmly and effectively What You'll Need: A recognised electrical trade background Several years' experience running large-scale electrical sites Ideally, experience in live pharma environments Proven ability to manage fast-paced, technically challenging projects Strong leadership with a hands-on approach — not afraid to make decisions IOSH or NEBOSH certification would be an advantage, but if you're the person who's always ten steps ahead, that speaks louder What's on Offer: Genuine career progression Support for training and development A business that backs its people and rewards performance Competitive salary and benefits, tailored to your experience The chance to work on high-profile, technically challenging projects If you're an experienced Electrical Site Manager ready to take the lead on major projects — and keep them running smoothly from start to finish — we'd love to hear from you.
