Job Title:Level 2 IT EngineerLocation:Dublin (on-site)Salary:€45-55k depending on experience, plus benefitsOn behalf of our client in Dublin, Troi Search are seeking a Level 2 IT Engineer to handle advanced technical incidents and deliver outstanding service across Microsoft-based environments. You will collaborate with junior support engineers, senior engineers, and service managers to resolve issues efficiently.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide both remote and on-site assistance for escalated technical problems.Diagnose and resolve issues involving:Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive)Windows Server components (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy)Azure Active Directory, Intune, and Microsoft Endpoint ManagerWindows 10/11 desktop operating systemsSupport user onboarding and offboarding, including account provisioning.Monitor and maintain client systems using remote management tools.Record clear, concise notes in the ticketing system.Guide and mentor Level 1 technicians.Participate in infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and other projects.Escalate complex issues to senior engineers when required.Required Skills & Experience2-4 years of IT support experience, preferably within a managed services or similar environment.Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Windows Server administration.Hands-on experience with Azure AD, Intune, and endpoint management.Understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).Excellent troubleshooting abilities and strong written/verbal communication.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.Industry certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator or Azure-related credentials are advantageous.If you're interested in this position, apply here or contact
