We are recruiting for several Clinical Nurse Manager roles throughout the country for vairous clients in both the Elder & Mental Health areas.
We are looking for CNM1 & CNM2 candidates who are both committed and compassionate.
As Clinical Nurse Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of care for residents.
You will lead and support a team of nursing and care staff, oversee clinical practices, and contribute to the continuous improvement of services.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the nursing team to deliver person-centred care
Ensure compliance with HIQA standards and all relevant legislation
Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with residents and families
Mentor and support staff through training and performance management
Liaise with multidisciplinary teams, families, and external agencies
Requirements:
Registered General Nurse (RGN) with NMBI registration
Minimum 3 years' post-registration experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership role
Strong knowledge of HIQA standards and best practices in elder care
Previous experience working as a CNM or a Senior Staff Nurse to progress your career
Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills
