You will oversee the accounting records and reporting timelines for a dedicated portfolio of clients while coordinating regularly with clients, auditors, and internal stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and maintain the accounting books and reporting deadlines for an assigned portfolio of clientsEnsure timely and accurate processing, reconciliation, and review of all fund transactionsPrepare, review, and validate financial statements and NAV calculationsSupport and guide junior team members in the preparation of accounts and daily operational tasksCollaborate closely with clients, auditors, and external parties to ensure smooth reporting cyclesQualificationsDegree in Accounting, Finance, or a related fieldAt least 3 years of experience in the financial or alternative fund industryStrong knowledge of alternative fund structures and asset classes (real estate, private equity, private debt)Solid understanding of accounting principles applicable to Private Debt Funds, Private Equity, Real Estate, Holding Companies, and SPVsAdditional qualifications such as the CFA Program or ACCA are a plusExperience with consolidation is an advantageBackground CheckOnce a job offer has been made, a background check will be conducted as part of the hiring process.
