About the RoleA leading financial advisory organisation based in Dublin 1 is seeking a high‑calibre finance professional to join as aSenior Project Finance Manager.
In this role, you will play a key part in advising public sector clients on the delivery of major capital infrastructure projects across Ireland. You will lead financial and commercial workstreams across the full project lifecycle, contributing to projects of national importance.
Key Responsibilities
Lead project structuring and delivery, including financial, commercial and risk assessments
Develop and review complex financial models for infrastructure projects
Support procurement processes and contribute to contract development
Engage with funding markets, including banks and investors
Negotiate commercial terms with private sector partners
Build and maintain strong relationships with public sector stakeholders
Provide ESG‑related financial advisory on major capital projects
Oversee preparation of reports and present insights to senior management
About You
Degree in finance, economics, commerce, or a related discipline
Minimum of 10 years’ experience in project finance, banking, or financial advisory
Strong financial modelling and analytical skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects
