The Role
As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for acquiring new customers and creating enthusiastic advocates.
Manage the entire sales process, using creative prospecting skills to pursue new business, navigate complex deals and challenge the status quo.
Your Responsibilities
* Manage prospects from lead to close.
* Provide an exceptional customer experience.
* Articulate and demonstrate our value proposition, creating excitement among prospects.
* Cultivate lasting customer relationships.
* Run pilot programs.
* Maintain weekly sales forecasts and achieve quarterly quotas.
Requirements
* Fluency in Dutch is preferred but not required.
* 3+ years of relevant closing experience plus outbound SDR/BDR experience.
* Experience with SaaS and enterprise software.
* Experience selling platform solutions.
* Proven success in achieving sales goals (e.g., President's Club).
* Excellent communication skills.
* Experience selling to sales leaders is a plus.
* Creative, resourceful, detail-oriented, and organized.
* A self-starter thriving in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
