About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Director to drive growth and expand our market presence in the Republic of Ireland. This role will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, cultivating strong client relationships, and successfully closing deals to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and secure new business opportunities across public and private sector clients in the Republic of Ireland.
* Develop and execute innovative sales strategies to win contracts ranging from hundreds of thousands to multi-million-pound programmes.
* Establish trust with key stakeholders, including C-suite executives, to drive business growth.
* Utilise business development and sales tools, techniques, and methodologies effectively.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A proven track record in business development and sales within the Republic of Ireland market.
* Strategic thinking skills with the ability to innovate and disrupt within the industry.
* Strong leadership skills and an in-depth understanding of market trends and key business drivers.
* Expertise in public sector and commercial markets, with a focus on new business development.
* Excellent relationship management skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility at all levels.
