Morgan McKinley is currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Coordinator to join an expanding FMCG in Dublin.
As a Procurement Coordinator you will assist with purchasing activities, supplier communications, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or grow their career in procurement and supply chain management.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Support the buying team with day-to-day buying and operational tasks
* Create, process, and track purchase orders and requisitions
* Maintain accurate records of supplier contracts and pricing
* Monitor and follow up on deliveries to ensure timely receipt of goods
* Support inventory control and stock level monitoring
* Help resolve supplier issues and discrepancies with orders or invoices
* Maintain procurement data in internal systems and databases
* Assist with internal reporting and spend analysis
* Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement procedures
Key Requirements:
* 2+years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain, ideally in a fast paced environment.
* Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field is desirable.
* Experience using ERP systems for procurement activities is an advantage.
