The Role Working closely with the regional sales and technical teams, the Site Supervisor will oversee site installation monitoring across multiple projects, ensuring all roofing systems are installed to the highest standards. This role plays a key part in maintaining quality, safety, and compliance while supporting approved contractors with hands-on training and technical guidance. Key Responsibilities Conduct site inspections and ensure installations meet specification and quality standards. Deliver on-site training to approved contractors, promoting best practice installation. Produce detailed inspection reports and communicate findings to relevant teams. Liaise with contractors, sales, and technical departments to resolve site issues. Manage project scheduling efficiently across multiple live sites. The Person Strong practical experience in flat roofing systems (Bitumen and/or Single Ply essential) This role would suit someone who has previously been, or is a flat roofing fixer and wants a change in direction Knowledge of construction practices and site operations. Excellent communication, organisation, and reporting skills. Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of managing multiple projects.
