Job Title: Marketing Principal Programme Lead

Main Responsibilities:
* Strategic Planning System Evolution: Develop and implement strategies to enable teams to work more effectively and efficiently within our planning systems.
* Workflow Optimization: Revise the global marketing planning ecosystem, driving incremental improvements and streamlining planning workflows with technology.
* Planning Process Ownership: Manage a team member who will lead the planning process, ensuring it's agile, efficient, and supported by appropriate planning tools and systems.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in running successful, insight-led marketing campaigns with clear goals.
* Broad knowledge of the full marketing mix, including TV, OOH, PR, social media, PPC, CRM, and in-app/web promotions.
* Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
