The selected candidate will have an option from working in our office / from home or a mixture of both. The role involves managing day-to-day responsibilities such as cost management, preparation of Bills of Quantities (BOQ), cost planning, and reporting. The Chartered Quantity Surveyor will work collaboratively with various stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of construction projects meeting budgetary, timeline, and quality objectives. The selected candidate will also ensure compliance with best practices and contribute effectively to project risk management strategies.QualificationsMust be a member of SCSI or RICSProficiency in Cost Control and Cost ManagementExperience in preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and detailed cost planningAbility to perform accurate and timely Cost ReportingStrong understanding of project risk mitigation measures and client requirement deliveryBachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related disciplineMembership or potential for membership of a relevant professional body such as RICS or SCSIAttention to detail, excellent organizational, and communication skillsProficiency with relevant software tools for quantity surveying
