Roles and Responsibilities
Your Role: As part of a Management Team, you will (but not limited to):
* Oversee and support the daily operations to deliver high-quality Early Years Education and Care.
* Lead, mentor, and support staff in creating safe, nurturing environments.
* Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and best practices both in practice and implementing policies.
* Collaborate with families, team members, and leadership teams.
* Drive curriculum planning and support developmental needs.
* Manage administrative tasks, including enrollments, schedules, and records.
* Champion staff training, performance reviews, and professional growth.
Key Requirements:
* A love and passion for working with children (essential).
* Education: Level 8+ in Early Childhood Education (preferred).
* Experience: Minimum 5 years and 3+ years managing a large team in an Irish Early Years setting.
* Belief and understanding in a Play-Based philosophy and ethos.
* Strong interpersonal, communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
* Expertise in Early Years Regulations and a play-based, child-centered approach.
* Passion and dedication to providing quality care and education to children.
* Eagerness to support your team in practice as well as completing administrative tasks and duties.
Hours and Salary:
* Hours: 40 per week.
* Salary: €38,000+

* Minimum QQI/Fetac Level 7, Level 8.
