The Role:
* We are seeking an experienced 'Construction Project Manager' to join our team in Dublin.
We are a well-established fit-out specialist with a proven track record of delivering high-quality projects across the city. Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and be able to lead our project teams effectively from inception through completion. We strive for excellence in every aspect of our operations and provide ongoing support and training for all employees within the company.
The successful applicant will have experience working on various fit-out/ceilings & partitions projects, including dry-lining/ceilings/partitions, a detailed understanding of typical contract documents (plans/specifications/applied standards), & proficiency with Safety Management Systems.
Degree in Civil Engineering or related field,
7+ years experience leading construction sites/safely directing site managers;
> Good planning/problem-solving skills;
> Team leader (directly supervising several team members).
