Senior Business Transformation Manager
At BearingPoint, we are seeking an experienced Senior Business Transformation Manager to guide private‑sector organisations through complex, enterprise‑wide change. You will operate at the intersection of strategy and implementation, helping clients shape future operating models, co‑design transformation roadmaps, and foster lasting performance improvement.
About The Role
* Partner with clients to deliver transformation initiatives that span strategy, operating model design, process improvement, and digital enablement.
* Co‑create target operating models that reflect organisational goals, capabilities, structures, processes, data/technology, and performance measures.
* Develop clear, evidence‑based business cases that outline costs, benefits, risks, and options in a balanced and transparent way.
* Provide independent, client‑side advisory support on major change programmes, including large‑scale technology transformations.
* Support vendor selection and performance in a collaborative and outcomes‑focused manner.
* Translate corporate strategy into actionable operating models and transformation roadmaps.
* Engage stakeholders across Finance, Operations, Technology, and HR to encourage shared ownership and adoption.
* Contribute to business development through proposals, thought leadership, and client engagement activities.
About You
* 15+ years of experience in business transformation, gained through consulting or working in complex private‑sector environments.
* Proven ability to build trust and influence senior stakeholders, including executive and board‑level leaders.
* Experience designing and evolving operating models and leading large‑scale programmes.
* Strong skills in business case development, benefits modelling, and value tracking.
* Familiarity with ERP readiness and digital enablement as part of broader transformation efforts.
