Job Opportunity: Senior Engineering Lead
Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced and accomplished engineering professional to lead our team in delivering technical excellence across multiple infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Leverage your expertise to drive high-quality technical delivery, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and best practices.
2. Mentor and guide engineers, site managers, and project teams to ensure optimal performance and outcomes.
3. Oversight of temporary works, method statements, and engineering designs to guarantee regulatory compliance.
4. Coordinate with design teams, consultants, and local authorities to resolve technical issues and facilitate programme delivery.
5. Manage setting-out, quality control, and technical assurance processes on site.
6. Evaluate and enforce adherence to Health & Safety Authority (HSA) regulations, Construction Regulations, and company safety management systems.
Requirements:
* Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
* Chartered Engineer (CEng MIEI) status or working towards chartership.
* Minimum 7 years' experience in civil engineering, including 3 years in a senior engineering/management role.
* Proven track record delivering civil infrastructure projects in Ireland.
