Morgan McKinley is partnering with a leading organisation in the healthcare sector to recruit a Supply Chain Specialist for a 12-month contract opportunity. Working closely with the Supply Chain team, you will play a key role in coordinating and ensuring continuity of supply, and resolving operational challenges across a complex, multi-partner network. You will collaborate with internal teams, external suppliers, and distribution partners to maintain high service levels while supporting ongoing improvement initiatives. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Act as a key point of contact for supply chain queries, working cross-functionally with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and external partners to resolve operational issues Coordinate and lead regular demand and supply review meetings, ensuring actions, risks, and outcomes are clearly documented and followed through Manage end-to-end order management activities, ensuring accurate processing and timely fulfilment Monitor supply performance and proactively identify and mitigate risks to product availability and customer service Support invoicing and reconciliation activities, partnering with finance teams to resolve discrepancies efficiently Collaborate with external partners to support efficient product flow and continuity of supply across the network Track supplier and customer performance against agreed KPIs and service level agreements Maintain accurate supply chain data, including inventory, planning, and product lifecycle information Support new product introductions and product transfer activities, ensuring alignment with operational timelines and contractual commitments Key Requirements: 3 years' experience in supply chain, customer operations, or related functions within healthcare, pharmaceutical, or medical device environments Strong understanding of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms, with experience in order management and supply chain processes Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across teams and external partners Skills: Supply chain operations logistics order management planning
