Operational Excellence Leader
Our organisation seeks a strategic and visionary Operational Excellence Leader to drive the development of a culture of excellence across our operations. This role will report to senior leadership and collaborate with key stakeholders.
* Develop, implement and maintain an operational excellence strategy aligned with organisational goals, focusing on cost, quality, delivery, people and innovation.
* Lead and develop a high-performing team, ensuring a robust talent pipeline and succession planning.
* Collaborate with senior leaders to coach them on Lean leadership, problem-solving and performance management.
* Champion evidence-based methodologies such as Kaizen, Lean and Six Sigma to deliver breakthrough improvements in productivity, flow and waste elimination.
