Our Franchise Bean-to-Cup Division currently have over 600 self-serve coffee units across Ireland and the UK, and we are now looking for the right person to join this busy team as they continue to grow and develop our Bean-to-Cup business.
Our philosophy is simple; you will get the best cup of coffee in whichever format you choose every time you visit Insomnia. This is equally important for self-service coffee units and our Account Executives work closely with Franchise Partners to ensure that the Insomnia brand standards are consistently met.

The Role:
In a nutshell, you will lead on ensuring our Bean-to-Cup business runs smoothly in your allocated geographical region. You will work closely with a range of business stakeholders so that each site is managed in line with our brand standards, in a way that maximises the return on investment for our business partners.
Location: This role is 85% field based, with the geographical area will be determined on choosing a successful candidate in either Connaught / West Leinster or North Leinster / Ulster (ROI only).
Two overnights per month. Quarterly weekend work may be required: example, to attend Trade Shows in Ireland or the UK, or to support new store openings in other territories.
Specific Duties:
Installation / New Locations
* Manage installation schedules with new store openings and key Insomnia suppliers for all 'Bean- to-Cup' new accounts.
* Complete day to day administrative duties including equipemnt ordering, planning upgrades, collating quotations, and sharing proposals with your client base.
* Coordinate installation, set-up, presentation & promotion of Bean-to-Cup to new/existing accounts.
* Deliver an introduction and background to Insomnia Coffee Company with new/existing customers.
* Develop, deliver, and evaluate the success of all new & existing store set up, providing direct support to store owner/manager.
Compliance
* Ensure compliance with Insomnia standards.
* Support the improvement of standards via compliance audits and delivery of improvement action plans.
* Provide training and support to customers to enable them to meet the standards.
* Carry out an analysis of store performance, potential growth and assist in delivering incremental sales growth.
* Provide daily and weekly updates and operational overviews.
* Establish a database of leads with a view to progressing and securing future new accounts.
* Assess and develop the role in a continuously changing environment, with focus on future business needs.
Key Skills And Attributes
* 2-3 years' experience in the coffee industry would be beneficial, ideally with Cafe Management, or Coffee Sales Support experience.
* Excellent communication & people skills with a flair for sales and coaching
* Multi-tasker and able to oversee fast changing and competing priorities whilst maintaining strong attention to detail.
* Ability to develop and deliver audits, presentations, training with excellent PC skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
* Good knowledge of Food Hygiene, Manual Handling & General Health & Safety
* Train the Trainer qualification would be advantageous.
* Excellent administrative and organisation skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy
* Fluent in English, both written and verbal
* Excellent customer-service skills and a welcoming and helpful attitude
* Full Drivers licence - a full clean drivers' licence and with a minimum of 2 years driving experience. The role is 85% field based.

Reporting Line:
The role will report into the National Account / Franchise Manager, working together with other Franchise Account Executives and liaise closely with Operations, Marketing & Finance.
