Job Description Opportunity to join an alternative asset management firm as a Financial Administrator. Reporting to the Finance Manager, this newly created role will support the financial management of the group and its entities. Responsibilities will include: Managing invoices and payments for all group entities. Processing purchase orders (POs), accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions. Overseeing sales order management and client invoicing across multiple subsidiaries. Reconciling bank statements and intercompany accounts to ensure accurate financial reporting. Ensuring compliance with company policies/financial regulations and ensuring data integrity of the ERP system. Assisting in the preparation of financial reports. Requirements for this Role Successful candidate will likely have the following background: A degree in finance, accounting or similar. 3+ years experience in finance administration, ideally in a multi-entity/international environment. Experience with Oracle NetSuite, Zero or similar ERP/accounting software. Strong Excel skills with a keen attention to detail.
