This role will work closely with senior leadership and HR, partnering directly with the C-suite to deliver recruitment across the business.
While there will be a strong focus on finance and accountancy hires, the role will also oversee recruitment across operations, administration, and corporate support functions.

Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment across finance, operations, and administrative roles Partner with senior stakeholders to understand hiring needs and workforce planning Build strong pipelines of talent across the Irish finance and professional services market Provide market insights, salary benchmarking, and hiring advice to leadership Develop direct sourcing strategies and enhance the companys employer brand About You 4+ years experience in agency recruitment Strong knowledge of the Irish accountancy/finance talent market Excellent stakeholder management and sourcing skills This is a high-visibility role with real influence on the growth of a scaling Irish business.
