**Job Title:** Mental Health Specialist

This is a rewarding opportunity to provide meaningful, person-centred psychological support to young people navigating emotional, behavioural, or developmental challenges.

The successful candidate will work as part of a dynamic and supportive multidisciplinary team, delivering psychological services to children and adolescents (ages 0-18) with moderate to severe mental health needs.

The role involves conducting comprehensive assessments, developing and implementing individualised therapeutic interventions, and working collaboratively with families, schools, and healthcare professionals to foster positive mental health outcomes for young people in the community.

You will have the opportunity to grow your clinical expertise, contribute to service development, and become part of a passionate team that values innovation, collaboration, and child-centred care.


**Key Responsibilities:**
* Conducting psychological assessments using standardised tools and clinical interviews
* Developing and implementing evidence-based therapeutic interventions
* Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated care
* Engaging in case formulation and goal setting with young people and their families
* Offering consultation and psychoeducation to parents, caregivers, and schools


**Required Qualifications and Skills:**
* Doctorate or equivalent in Clinical/Counselling/Educational Psychology
* Chartered Clinical/Counselling/Educational Psychologist through PSI
* Experience working with children and adolescents in mental health settings
* Demonstrated ability to apply psychological theory and evidence-based practice
* Strong skills in clinical assessment, formulation, and intervention planning
