Pre-Sales Consultant – D365 Business Central
Location: Dublin (Flexible Hybrid)
Reporting to: Chief Commercial Officer
We’re looking for a Pre-Sales Consultant with deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central to join our Sales team. This is a strategic role where you’ll work closely with senior stakeholders—both internally and externally—to shape solutions that solve real business challenges.

You’ll be the go-to expert during the sales cycle, translating customer needs into tailored demos, guiding solution design, and helping clients understand the value of Business Central in their context. What You’ll Be Doing
* Deliver tailored demos and presentations that speak directly to customer needs
* Partner with sales and finance leaders to shape solution strategies
* Configure Business Central environments for client engagements
* Support proposal development, pricing estimates, and RFP responses
* Lead discovery sessions and advise on how Business Central can solve specific business challenges
* Stay current with product updates and industry trends
* Collaborate across sales, consulting, development, and marketing teams
* Represent Storm at webinars, workshops, and industry events
* Contribute to the strategic growth of our Business Central practice
What We’re Looking For
* 5+ years in pre-sales or consulting, ideally with D365 Business Central
* Strong understanding of ERP and Microsoft ecosystem (Power Platform, Office 365)
* Proven ability to deliver compelling demos and engage senior stakeholders
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Ability to translate technical features into business value
* Detail-oriented with strong commercial awareness
