The Programme
Ryanair Labs is the technology division of Ryanair, serving as a state-of-the-art digital & IT innovation hub. It aims to create Europe’s Leading Travel Experience for our customers.
Successful applicants will participate in the Ryanair Labs Graduate Programme on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
The Application Process
What you need to get in – You should be on track to achieve a minimum of 2.1 and have excelled in your degree. We seek inspirational graduates with compelling stories and strong outside interests. Cultural fit at Ryanair is as important as academic achievement.
Application process – The application remains open until 15th August 2025. We recommend applying early. All hires are expected to demonstrate skills and behaviors that have contributed to our growth over the last 40+ years, including a hardworking and entrepreneurial spirit. The interview process includes a mandatory face-to-face interview.

Requirements
* Relevant degree program with a minimum 2.1 or higher
* Graduated or finished university no earlier than 2023
* Unrestricted right to live and work in Ireland and travel throughout the network
* Strong analytical skills to drive efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement
* Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
* Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Proficiency in PC skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
* Good sense of humor and a positive attitude
