The Role
:
1. End to end transaction execution with collaboration across various stakeholders on financial close.
2. Conduct extensive financial modelling and valuations.
3. Assess industry research and trends in the energy and renewable sector.
4. Preparing presentations and developing internal memorandums.
Requirements
5. Undergraduate and/or Master's degree in Finance, Economics or Accounting desirable.
6. 3+ year's of credit, financial due diligence & financial modelling experience.
7. Ability to work as a member of a fast - paced, transaction oriented deal team.
8. Excellent communication skills
9. Proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
