Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Apprentice Fitter (MAMF) located in Dublin. The Apprentice Fitter will be responsible for assisting in the installation, maintenance, and repair of industrial doors, loading docks, and gates. Day-to-day tasks include troubleshooting issues, performing regular maintenance, ensuring safety standards are met, and supporting senior fitters in various projects. This role requires an individual who is hands-on, technically adept, and eager to learn in a dynamic environment.
Qualifications
* Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical systems
* Ability to use hand and power tools effectively and safely
* Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
* Physical ability to perform manual labor and work in various environmental conditions
* Previous experience in a similar role or industry is a plus
* Completion of a relevant technical or vocational course is advantageous
