About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Business Growth Professional to join our team in Kerry. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion through strategic relationship building and development.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in business development, particularly in the medical industry. You will possess a deep understanding of the Irish healthcare system and be able to leverage this knowledge to drive business growth.
Your primary focus will be on identifying new business opportunities, developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, and implementing strategies to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including consultants, hospital managers, and other key stakeholders
* Develop and implement business plans to achieve sales targets
* Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies
* Work closely with the managing director to identify and pursue new business opportunities
* Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless execution of sales plans
Requirements
* Proven track record in business development, particularly in the medical industry
* Strong commercial acumen and planning skills
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Flexible and adaptable to change
* Able to work successfully with business referrers
* Strong product knowledge of own and competitive products
* Good understanding of customer profiling
