Overview
A public sector client based in Dublin City Centre. has a requirement for a Senior Business Analyst to join a team working on a telephony system migration project. This will be a 12 month+ day rate contract.
Responsibilities
* Gather and validate business requirements for the an IT Telephony Solution.
* Facilitate stakeholder engagement and workshops.
* Produce full suite of BA artefacts for procurement and delivery.
* Conduct gap analysis
* Define UAT scenarios, coordinate testing, capture feedback.
* Support change management and impact assessments.
* Document lessons learned and validate requirements post-deployment.
Technical Skills
* Requirements management using
Azure DevOps
and
MS Dynamics 365
.
* Business process modelling (
Visio, BPMN
).
* Deep understanding of
MS Teams Phone architecture
, SIP trunking, SBC, QoS.
* Familiarity with
COTS
, SaaS, and low-code/no-code platforms.
* Data analysis (Excel, SQL), network readiness assessment.
* Integration & API principles.
* Regulatory compliance (GDPR, procurement legislation).
* Training & Knowledge Transfer

* Experience working on Telecommunications Architecture.
* Strong stakeholder management and facilitation.

Qualifications
* Honours ICT Degree or Computer Science Degree
* Professional BA or Product Development certification (BCS, IIBA, CBAP / CCBA, Agile BA).
* Agile framework certification (Scrum/Kanban).
* Minimum 7 years BA experience in similar roles.
