Production Manager - Night Shift
A high-performing Night Shift Production Manager is required to oversee the smooth operation of our production facility during off-peak hours. About the Role
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and maintain Health & Safety procedures within the team
* Prioritize and give technicians tasks in line with SIC (Short Interval Control) priorities
* Provide timely and accurate feedback to manager
* Motivate and develop production team to achieve their highest potential
* Identify areas for improvement and liaise with managers regarding feedback
* Training and development of new procedures and processes
* Develop and maintain visual management boards
* Collaborate with Quality and Maintenance teams to ensure highest quality and output possible
* Use company Workforce Management system to manage holidays and roster changes
* Lead by example to maintain high standards of quality, cleanliness and attitude
Requirements
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
* Minimum of 3 years' experience at supervisor level in a manufacturing environment
* Previous experience of working with Lean or GMP standards would be an advantage
* Excellent leadership and team management skills
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Proven track record in problem solving
* Ability to prioritize and multi-task
* Strong People Management skills
